What happens when the grit to succeed and the vanilla of cookie meet? Mystique happens. Namrata, evolved into a home baker, soon after marriage, starting a line of confectionary items and themed cakes. However, it is only recently that she dusted the flour, donned a crisp, new apron and scrubbed her hands clean of the gooey dough and came up with innovating with raw banana flour in baking. Many trials of managing banana flour as a serious contender to the conventional flour gave rise to confidence and Kadhali, which means raw banana in Sanskrit. Namrata has pioneered a range of baked delicacies with raw banana flour as the main ingredient. The humble banana goes artisanal in Namrata’s bakes, bars, crackers, tea cakes, cookies, pizza bread and more.
